  1. This looks like an abandoned building. I don't think anybody would be living in there. Certainly nobody in their right mind would climb the stairs in those conditions.

  3. My guess would be all the rain we've had in the last few weeks undermined the soil beneath the foundation. It probably was structurally sound a month earlier but the rain washed out its foundation.

  4.  @jeffostroff  really record-breaking rainfall this winter. No surprise given Hunga-Tonga spewed enough water into the upper stratosphere to increase global moister by TEN PERCENT. That's gonna have a radical impact on rainfall.
