  4.  @shreksthongg  I think my circadian rhythm is set for Pacific region. I've always gone to bed at 4am and got up at 3 in the afternoon in the US. That's my natural time range. But when I lived in Japan, I woke before sunrise every day, even with little sleep, and felt alert and anxious to start my day.
