The problems I'm having with one of my JK BMS is that for the last 3 days when the battery gets down around 60% charge the BMS suddenly reports that the battery is at 100% charge when that's not the case. It also shows the wrong number of days in service compared to the other two bmss. Definitely something flaky going on.

  2.  @OffGridGarageAustralia  I wish I could physically GET to them. But the whole thing is in a steel cabinet which is up against the wall post installation. I've no easy access without shutting down the whole system and disconnecting all the 2/0 wire from the buss bars and then lowering the jack screws under the cabinet so the wheels can roll freely. Half a day's work. I figure as long as the BMS is running and providing power, the calculated % I'll just ignore.
