  1. Another serious danger I recently learned about was air compressor tanks they can rupture and explode when they get rusted. You have to be sure to drain the moisture out of the tank after every use otherwise they will corrode and eventually the tank May rupture and a violent explosion.

  2. That's why I close all the drains before I go on an international travel. Cover them up so that they don't evaporate.

  3.  @magnificentmuttley154  I had no neighbors where i lived in 2000 when I traveled to Asia. Luckily, I thought about these things and plugged the drains.

  5.  @SaanMigwell  I've traveled overseas many times and the plugs worked a treat. The water has nowhere to evaporate to. Now, if I'm gone for 2 years, that's another story.
