This is how you change your country's culture by importing your electorate. I'm so glad the Japanese government doesn't let people in willy-nilly and discriminately like this. Japan is still a civilized Country and safe.

@michaeldeierhoi4096 It only takes 50mW to pop balloons, and there are many illegal LASERs being sold on ebay and amazon which measure 1.6 watts and can be easily modified to 5 watts and further can be modified by removing a crystal that doubles the frequency to make green light. Without the crystal, you have a 15 watt infrared LASER that can burn holes in wood with ease. Don't bother me with your 'hate speech' tripe. It's the common Leftist approach when you have no intellectual argument. Some of us have lived in this country for more than 60 years and remember what it was like when America was white, safe, and your kids could play outside with no risks. LBJ ruined the country with his "great society" open immigration.
