  1. As long as they can put the cost off onto the taxpayer they will never learn their lesson. And unfortunately legislators will not change the law to make the government officials who screw up personally responsible.

  2. Unfortunately, carlos, you are living in a communist country now. The United States is not the wonderful country that people thought it was and that its reputation that lived for 200 years seems to be still pervasive.
