  1. I remember in the Philippines about 25 years ago whenever a fast food restaurant would post a job opening they would get 15,000 applicants. The only ones that they hired would be ones with college degrees. That's right college degrees for a fast food job.

  2.  @youtubesucks1499  77 million people living in a country the size of California, poverty is rampant. So when ANY job opens, there's over 10K applicants.
