  5.  @michellehawkins1027  as someone who's been rear ended at stop lights five times in four years, I am a little more than miffed about use of cell phones while driving. In 4/5 of these incidents, the offending drivers were texting. The last one was having an epileptic seizure and accelerated into me after stopping behind me.
