  21. Everybody should just ignore the government in fact stop paying taxes let the government collapse will set up a new one that's much better. When the government fails to do its assigned task we must abolish or dissolve that government and form a new government. It's in the Declaration of independence. The Second Amendment is the teeth behind that rule.
