The worst thing you could hear on PA system is “Is there a commercial pilot on board?” Followed by seeing pilot carried out of cockpit unresponsive.

Copilot can land plan too. This is why there’s a copilot. On a flight that serves meals they are not allowed to eat the same meal. Pilots are trained to help other pilots in situations like this. 🤷🏻‍♀️Pilot/Passenger wouldn’t want to die too.

@riotpb10 first I thought “it’s good pr plane landed but another negative pr southwest is the news again. What pilot as passenger would say no? A suicidal pilot on plane 🤷🏼‍♀️🫤 Copilot landed plane. Other pilot helped with radio communication.

I wonder if the off duty pilot was sitting in the jump seat? That seat is in the cockpit. Then asking if anyone is a pilot wouldn’t be made to panic passengers.

@kevinp8108 the copilot landed the plane. That is what a copilot do in case anything happens to the pilot. I don’t think the other pilot help to receive anything though it would be a nice gesture for south west or any company. I think any pilot would volunteer because if he doesn’t, he goes down too.
