@honestbabel6321 SIX states got hit by Helene causing tens of billionS devastation! I don’t know how much FEMA workers are spread out across the states but it’s never enough when you’re the victim. They could be set up at hundreds of shelters. As you can see communities have to be re-built. Some can fix damages. Electric companies are trying to restoring power. FEMA still distributed food, water, generators and monetary assistance, among other resources. DHS Secretary Mayorkas said funds will run out and Congress has to approve more for Milton and future needs. Residents of Lahaina, Maui slowly starting to rebuild after a year of debris and toxin removal. You can guess the timeline of rebuilding whole towns.

FEMA has a few thousands workers. People who need help is a few million across the states. It’s going to take a while to get everything distributed. They all can’t be first. Repuke NC Senator is speaking against it. Money is not going to immigrants. It’s just drumming up more hate and violence. Bashing immigrants is his only card. Economy is up, market is up , inflation is slowing coming down and interest rates are going down and employment in newly created job positions is up .
