The gag order in the other cases is beneficial to his attorneys. Every time he spoke he was digging his own grave. That can be used against him. Admission on tape best evidence. There was 2 defamation lawsuits. 2nd case Part 1 jury found him guilty. That part 1 is done. Judge kept bringing the focus back to this trial. This is the 2nd defamation case, part 2. Different jury. Their job is to determine how much he has to pay her. The first case filed in 2019 with sexual assault and defamation. Prior to trial. He was making his publicity stunts and rallies. Again he was talking about her spreading false smearing stories. She added his comments for another defamation suit filed in 2022. 2023: 2019 case part 1. Found guilty. Part 2. He had to pay her $5M in damages. Different jury. 2022 case Part 1 Jury found him guilty of defamation again! Part 2 different jury decides how much he has to pay her for disparaging remarks and reputations. She and attorney only asked for $24M in damages. They thought that would make him stop. Trump couldn’t separate the two part trial in his head. He was talking about plaintiff with his attorney during plaintiff questioning on stand. He got warning to stop.
