  1. I weigh 154lbs and spent 15 years as an amateur boxer and have sparred with really massive bodybuilders and yes, they are strong but lack mobility and fitness. Its not really a fair comparison as bodybuilding is about repetitive weightlifting to build muscle mass and boxing is a skill and fitness discipline. All due respect, Rich Piana, but big though he was, he wouldnt last 1 round with any guy from my gym but understandably so.
