  1. I like his ambition and agree with the targets but the big question is how? The problem starts with attracting and training junior doctors and nurses to join the NHS and put in years of training, rack up massive student debt for a platry salary. This needs fixing first. We need new hospitals, more ambulances and better paid paramedics. Starmer need look no further than across the channel to France where their healthcare system works brilliantly but it has a different funding model.
