  2.  @hardlines2635  thats not true. You can own a gun but not a handgun, an auto or semi auto. You have to have a licence and a gun safe. There have been no mass shootings since 1996 and a tiny fraction of shootings compared to the US. Regulation and tight restrictions work.

  3. As it is, it clearly states “A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed”. 1791. The Supreme court ruled since but the ammendmentmis clear in its original intent and meaning. REGULATION is the key word here.
