Taxing big US companies that hide their revenues via incorporation in Dublin (Google, Amazon, Microsoft, Starbucks etc ) would raise billions as would taxing big oil firms more, not giving out new oil and gas licences unless we get a profit share (into a sovereign wealth fund), taxing banks more, and getting rid of non DOM and taxing wealthy foreign residents and property owners.
