  1. Love this video. You can just imagine a civilisation a mere 10000 years more developed on from us regarding us like we would cavemen. Imagine intelligent life millions of years more advanced and even a small % difference in dna (chimps and humans share 98%). We would look like a termite mound at best to them, and like termites and humans, we would not be aware of their existence.

  2. It would be interesting to discuss the risks of self destruction for civilisations as they move up the scale. If we are at 0.72 then for me the biggest risk to get to 1.0 is not science or technology but politics, religion and extremism leading to global disaster.
