  1. Putin is an arrogant maniac and its all sabre rattling. He is surrounded by nuclear subs with multi-warhead Trident anyhow from UK and USA plus France has nuclear subs as well. He would get Russia reduced to a pile of smoking, radioactive ash if he attempted to use his weapons.
