  1. Its a ludicrous idea that Johnson, if he was any kind of leader, couldnt have set rules and a culture in step with the rules and country during in lockdown in hos own office and home at no10. Its clear that he, as the leader, allowed and probably encouraged the party and drinking culture. He and his chief of staff could easily have stopped this but they felt above it and were too busy celebrating letting out dodgy PPE contracts worth £12 billion to tory mates and donors.
