How about a sliding scale corporation tax just like progessive income tax so the small businesses who employ the most people pay less and larger, more profitable companies pay more as a % of net profits. I would also dramatically increase the minimum wage and cap larger companies executive pay as a multiple of the lowest paid. This would force greedy CEOs and boards to think bery carefully about what staff are paid. I would also close the massive tax loophole that allows mega companies that trade in the UK like microsoft, google and others to run their revenues to only pay minimal tax in Ireland.

@ronnieince4568 utter nonesense. I worked for microsoft for years and they laughed at how they got away with claiming billions in UK earnings were funnelled through ireland. All these firms operate in every other country and pay local taxes…only the UK we allow them to get away with it. Starbucks and Amazon are the same.

@wolfiestreet6899 thats ridiculous. These firms make billions in the UK and wont just pull out and stop trading. They trade in other countries like France, Sweden, Norway, Germany et and pay way way higher taxes as well as double the employers NI …have they pulled out of those countries? No. Dont be so naive.
