  19. I like Angela and she is down to earth. I cant and wont ever vote tory but Kier troubles me. He appears to be very protective of the establishment and too cosy with big business. He has backed away from his promises to back things like re-nationalising utilities and transport and is clearly reluctant to support the unions.

We would be way better off spending the money on quality, well run, humane process centres and education schemes to upskill them and get them working and contributing.   32. Why cant Starmer address the elephant in the room? We need to re-nationalise ALL our utilities, rail and public services. We need long term investment in our services.. privatisation is a monstrous scam and utter failure. I understand its a short term political decision to help freeze or reduce bills now… but does NOT get us off the privatised utility gravy train. We need a long term plan as well to take back ownership of what should never have never been sold off in the first place…including North sea oil, water, power stations, railways etc.
