  1. Why cant Starmer address the elephant in the room? We need to re-nationalise ALL our utilities, rail and public services. We need long term investment in our services.. privatisation is a monstrous scam and utter failure. I understand its a short term political decision to help freeze or reduce bills now… but does NOT get us off the privatised utility gravy train. We need a long term plan as well to take back ownership of what should never have never been sold off in the first place…including North sea oil, water, power stations, railways etc.

  5.  @johnburrows3385  the promise from the tories was that « privatisation allows for more investment » which was a huge lie. Look at the news today about raw sewage spills making our seas toxic for swimmers and sea life… horrendous. All the water companies get is a fine that they already accounted for.
