Rwanda is a preposterous gimmick. This will never act as a deterrant and actually deterrants dont really work anyway. What we should be doing is spending the money on an asylum processing centre in France and more staff. Let asylum seekers know that if they enter the UK without first going through this centre then their case will not be heard. That would deter small boats and would speed up the process.
