@jimbo6693 shouldnt you be out at your brown shirt rally selling Mein Kampf?
12
@jimbo6693 since you wrote socialust/communist, since they arent the same thing you clearly dont understand what either are.
10
Zarah is spot on. Its all about creating a soft target to whip up anger and deflect from their failures and creeping authoritarianism.
9
And Eddie Dempsey is great as well. They are a total credit to the RMT and all working people
8
@hanajinks1044 tory bot
7
Yes…and Mick Lynch and Eddie Dempsey show the far right media for what they are and how vile the tories are.
6
A real patriot and Britain. Well done.
6
Of course he isnt fit to be UK PM…he is a rich tory. Enough said.
6
I agree. Starmer is like « tory lite » unfortunately
4
I always thought of Johnson as a British Trump…totally full of self interest, a stranger to the truth, incompetent, corrupt, amoral, traitorous and narcissistic. The Tories voted for him and enabled him. We need a new government, not these elite far right kleptocrats.
4
Well said…he is speaking for ALL working people…
4
Its about where your interests lie and who your friends are
3
Ever..but we need a constitution and long term investment and power taking out of the hands of greedy politicians.
3
Has everyone forgotten « the lessons that were learnt » following the horrendous rail accident on the east coast line into Kings Cross a few years back? This was due to lack of safety inspections. The railways owners are playing Russian roulette with passengers and rail workers lives.
3
Mick is dead right.. integrated transport owned by the people for the people…but not just transport, water, gas, electricty production… long term infractructure so we have long term security at reasonable prices with carbon neutrality in mind.
2
@crispyduck1706 how about people on PAYE, people who run small businesses and the self employed.
2
Ok, so lets take this at face value…what do you propose we do as the tories are horrendous.
2
Very well said.
2
@lukemclellan2141 yes, that was a big error
2
Fully agree.
2
Billionaire Father in Law…Chairman of Infosys… tory donor .
2
The Tory party is one big scam. They have ripped the guts out of this country, sold off our national assets for profit, supressed wages. MPs have two jobs, paid lobbyists run riot and our taxes are misspent at every turn.
1
The Eton/Oxford mob truly think it is their birthright to rule. Sickening.
1
I despise the tories but Starmer has really shown his colours here and misread the public. He will lose votes.
1
There is no such thing as a union baron or boss. They are elected reps. Mick is dead right here about our rights being eroded and is a bery frightening move towards a totalitarian regime.
1
We live in a tory and large corporate kleptocracy. I agree with everything Jeremy says but he was a threat to the massive grift and scam that is our establishment so the press used propoganda and attacks to keep him and labour out of power.
1
We have lived in a kleprocracy for decades. Thatcher sold off all our infrastructure to the private sectorwho have ripped the arse out of it for 35 years. Johnson was and is in bed with oligrachs and so does Truss, Rees-smugg et al. Truss suffers very badly from the Dunning Kruger effect..she really lacks self awareness and is hugely arrogant…like a Female Donald Trump.
1
You are dead right. Basically the royal family live off blood money and taxpayer subsidies. It is a total anachronism and should be dramatically reduced in scope, pay inheritance tax. We also need a written peoples constitution.
1
The whole establishment closed ranks aroubd Savile and dont forget Thatcher supporting general Pinochet and randy Andys disgusting behaviours and friendship with Epstein.
1
In the UK we live in an elected dictatorship where there is an illusion of democracy. We need a written peoples constitution, abolish the unelected Lords, long term (decades ahead) infrastructure planning and investment, make paid lobbying illegal, stop MPs second jobs and shareholdings and decentralise power and budgets where practical. The government of the day has far too much power and discretionary control. Looks at Blair going into war on Iraq as one example and over. £30 billion squandered and misapropriated by the Tories to their mates and donors in the biggest grift in history for useless PPE. We need a system where this sort of thing simply cannot happen.
1
Yes…all leadership candidates have pledged corporation tax cuts… in effect putting more money into shareholders pockets..NOT working taxpayers.
1
When did labour legislate or plan to legislate against the unions?
1
Bush and Blair shpuld be in the Hague international criminal court. They blatantly made up WMD as an excuse to invade Iraq and topple Saddam Hussain. Millions died but Bush, Blair and their cronies made $ billions. Utterly sick and evil.
1
Truss makes nadine dorres look like a mental giant.
1
I dont care which one of them gets the nod from the ancient tory base…we need to boot them out
1
@carlarthur4442 rubbish. The tories are vile.
1
Apart from the fact the the uber rich and largest companies evade their taxes.
1
@iaincrawford5472 so you are an ultra right fascist supporter then…
1
An Indian immigrant hating Pakistanis…who would have imagined such a thing.
