  1. In the UK we live in an elected dictatorship where there is an illusion of democracy. We need a written peoples constitution, abolish the unelected Lords, long term (decades ahead) infrastructure planning and investment, make paid lobbying illegal,stop MPs second jobs and shareholdings and decentralise power and budgets where practical. The government of the day has far too much power and discretionary control. Looks at Blair going into war on Iraq as one example and over. £30 billion squandered and misapropriated by the Tories to their mates and donors in the biggest grift in history for useless PPE. We need a system where this sort of thing simply cannot happen.
