This is fair. Everyone should have a living wage. Communism is not about balancing salaries. Democracy and fairness about making the country a fair place ....sure, people can and should be able to get rich but it shouldnt be at the expense of the rest.

Untrue. A fair profit for value created is what makes the world go around. Unfair or underhand profit with no value created does harm to someone somewhere...think of investment banking and high risk taking here. A farmer working the land to grow crops and sell his goods at a profit to provide food for the populus and look after his own family is fine, as is manufacturing or other value-add industries. Services are fine as well so long as workers are paid fairly and the rich pay their taxes.
