  1. Same here. I agree. I do this at pinch points like traffic islands, parked cars in narrow lanes etc. If the car behind gets frustrated then too bad.

  2. I think many drivers see cyclists as illigitimate road users or certainly inferior and annoying. I get regularly close passed and I am certain non of them ride bikes on the road or they would be far more careful and aware of how vulnerable cyclists are.

  3. Well said and yes, we all pay for the roads and all have equal rights to use them (legally).
