A guy in his car did this to me on friday in a 20mph limit..i was doing around 18 mph and I could feel him really close behind, then passed super close despite oncoming traffic and squeezed me right into the kerb. We were approaching a junction and the lights were on red so he gained nothing other than scared me and nearly knocked me off. It happens all the time.

  3. How did you take their number? Bicycles dont have number plates. Are you confusing them with motorbikes or just making this up?
