  3. Yes…they were my thoughts. He actually doesnt know. He has the literacy level of an 8 year old at best. His Dad, Fed, paid for him to get through high school and college. He is ignorant and doesnt have the intellectual curiosity to actually study anything, let alone read a book, a briefing document or whatever.
