  3. rudy 14th_sternritter actually evolution does not postulate the origins of life, but that aside, the evidence and science are a far better guide (and unlike religion does not claim to know all the answers) than an ancient mash-up of camp-side fables and tall tales made up over the centuries by ignorant people to bith explain the inexplicable and control the narrative and peoples thoughts and behaviour. It worked on many and is still working on the gullible and ignorant today.

  5. Diarmuid Sheehan oh really? Its convenient that you get to interpret the words of your buy-bull when that is NOT in fact what the buy-bull says. Well my interpretation (and I spent 10 years at catholic school) is that like most religions, this book is about control and power and in itself is a mash-up of metaphors, fables, campside tales and ignorant nonesense to try to explain what seemend inexplicable 2000 years ago.

  6. Madson Barbosa if you really think Adam and Eve (who was apparently a genetic copy of him from one of his ribs) were the first two humans, and you dont believe in evolution or science, please explain the diversity of the human race as well as the fossil record.

  8. God's Disciples no I dont think "god" is invisible. I think god is a figment of your imagination. Its a religious constuct. Dont believe me... Then which "god" past and present do you want to choose, and why the christian god? "The science of creation" ..... That very sentence shows that you dont know what science actually is. Evolution is a fact. There is no such thing as "intelligent design" and lots of examples, (such as the larangial nerve...look it up) that actually proves the very opposite. You would do well to learn some critical thinking skills.
