  2. Putin wont use them. I did my University Thesis on the effects of modern nuclear weapons based on global tests and empirical data. One 5 megaton thermo bomb would be catastrophic. There are horrendous immediate and follow on effects and health services wouldnt cope. The reality is he wouldnt do it as the wests retaliation would be devastating.
