  1. Sonja Baris I agree. I was brought up a catholic and the older I got the less the bible made any logical sense and the more boring I found church. I became an atheist at 12 and felt totally liberated and free to understand reality not some bronze age set of middle eastern fairy tales.

  2. 100% agree. The proof of indoctrination is evident in that where and into what family you are born defines your childhood beliefs. They cant all be right but people cling onto their beliefs like a toddlers comfort blanket. This is in the face of all the facts and evidence.

  3. Organised religion has its roots in control and power by the church and in some cases the state over the people. They all tend to be based on bronze age thinking and for me they have no place in our education system for certain and serve no real purpose in the 21st century.
