  4. That body cam non answer - trump is so stupid and incapable of joined up thinking. Any other President or candidate would talk about the benefits of collecting real-time evidence to protect both suspects and officers. Other countries do it and it is proven to change the behaviour of officers and suspects for the better as well as collecting evidence live to benefit all parties should it be needed. Trumps brain is thicker than Scotch porridge.
