  1. Trump is probably mixing up an "LOI" (letter of intent) with an MOU. An LOI has little value and is a pre-cursor to a contract but Trump is dead wrong abkut an MOU which is legal and binding. Just goes to show that Trump doesnt event know the very simple basics of deals and contracts plus to argue these points with your chief negotiator in front of the third party is ludicrous.
