  2. I am reminded of the Simpsons episode when Homer goes to buy a gun...the gun shop owner tells him there is a 24 hour wait and Homer says "24 hours!!!! But I'm mad NOW". In europe we have a fist fight or storm off to the bar for a drink. In the USA they break out the auto weapons and bandoleers of ammo and go and shoot up a school, office, shopping mall or Mcdonalds.
