  2. The US electoral system needs massive reform. Campaign spending needs a cap on it and there needs to be at least one more main stream political party to offer more choice and balance. Paid lobbyists need outlawing. The electoral colleage system needs to be scrapped in favour of a straight forward proportional representation system.

  3. In a civilised democracy there should be a formal and fixed protocol for transition that should be out of the hands of the sitting and outgoing president to avoid the very situation we are in now.
