  3. Me neither. I am straight (not that it matters) but military excellence, like in business, has nothing to do with machismo. Its strategic, technical and tactical excellence that wins the day. Planning, preparation, attention to detail, strategic and critical thinking… these are the things that actually make a difference and I am certain that machismo is more than likely a negative if the red mist clouds judgement.
