  5. The fundamental problem is human greed and a political and capitalist system that allows it to go unchecked with little provision to ensure we have a balance of wealth distribution. This means the wealthy end up with all the power and most of the money and are willing and able, with political influence as well as owning the press, to take full advantage... and boy, do they ever. The end game is then high prices for everything, raw sewage in our rivers lakes and coast, highest rail fares in Europe, declining services, people fighting for fair pay just to survive and all the while the rich get richer. By rich I mean the mega millionaires and billionaires like our esteemed Prime Minister and his non DOM wife.
