@jamesjross Plato is not pro-fascist but pro-merit, he wanted a system of government based on not popularity or birth but natural merit, like how Modern China is governed where only the best educated people rule.

@shebbs1 the current regime started out from nothing, the current president Xi Ching Peng started out as a peasant then worked himself up to power thtough various posts.

@Lowmanification I have watched several documentaries online about him, Xi spent most of it in poverty and nearly a decade in a labor camp where Mao sentenced him for having liberal views
