for me the US, Philippines and every countries should not send the exchange students to study in china because their purpose is to be use as a spies, eyes and infiltrator on every governments.. im saying this because it happening now into the Philippines our country.. sending an exchange students into china means that the governments don't trust its educational systems on their own countries..
