  1. if china cut the internet cable to taiwan it should connect to japan.. if china will cut the internet cable from hongkong to philippines it will affect the business of ZTE telcos here like (smart/globe/pldt/dito) even it said to be owned by chinoy(chinese pinoy) it is still owned by ZTE those so called owner here are only their business partners.. the philippines should connect to the west coast of the (us) to provide the internet and telecommunication service..
