  2. 0:01 - 0:16 the scheme is to sold the new appliances to the chinese with discounts to replace or exchange their years old appliances then those old appliances will be cleaned, reconditioned and to be sold as a surplus or brand new on other countries in the south east asia especially in the philippines.. i think those appliances with good condition will be consider as brand new.. the purpose of this is to make the chinese to spend their money..
