3:25 - 3:37 that was an imaginary accusation of china by saying those Pilipino🇵🇭 fishing boat were being weaponized to punch holes on their vessels.. for me that was a projection of china because those Pilipino🇵🇭fishermen were peacefully doing their fishing there for their families and not for causing troubles.. its china that are causing troubles from within 200 nautical miles exclusive economic zone of the Philippines🇵🇭 and sovereign rights territorial water from within its continental shelf..
