  1. the missiles of china were possibly undergo on a major maintenance due to US made military chips.. they are replacing it with their own china made military chips.. other missiles were filled with water cause by flood or intentional replacing it with water and lacking of fuel been use for cooking a hot pot meal..

  2. i think the sharp drop of china's missile is due to US made military chips that they'ved using for many decades.. they are replacing it with their own military chips fearing that those missiles will be return into them when they use it.. also other missiles were filled with water because of the rocket force using it for cooking a hot pot meal then other missiles were filled with flood water compromising its electronics.. they are avoiding it to get short circuit when use that will compromised also their fronts..
