i don't believe that the marijuana is a reason why she stabbed her boyfriend..the marijuana is just an excuse.. i think they have personal problem about their relationship and her anger drives her to commit that crime.. the illegal drugs + too much alcoholic drinks is a fuel to a person to commit crimes and grudges or too much hatred..
