  3. its just an "Alibi" of that congressman jamaal bownan that he did not know it was a fire alarm.. i don't believe that all of the Capitol Hill officials and congressmen or congresswomen did not know about it and that congressman jamaal bowman was there every day on the Capitol Hill for many years and passing by the fire alarm 24/7 on 365 days.. for me that was intensional and not an accidentally or mistakenly pushing the fire alarm.. congressman jamaal bowman pushed the button of the fire alam to cause the session on the Capitol Hill to be interrupted so that official, congressmen and congresswomen will panic and then rushing to get outside fearing that there's a fire..
