House Arrest means not being Locked🔑🔐🔓🔒on Jail instead the prosecuted person will put into a Mansion surrounded with guards while living a normal life.. with pool, TV and anything..

  3. hunter biden will be put on a VIP jail with all kinds of amenities..just like living a normal life.. here in the Philippines those VIP Prisoner can go out into the Public places and going anywhere..also with bodyguard cops with him while eating at the expensive restaurant..
