  1. Not a single hospital anywhere in North America has been overrun at any point during this pandemic. Hospitals as a business model (and yes in Canada they are still businesses, they are not owned by the government) operate at near capacity for ICUs and if you Google "Ontario ICUs full (insert year here) you'll see this happens basically every year right around this time
