Trump neither lied nor was incorrect as the recent voter fraud investigation in Michigan has shown. Even if they get a conviction it would be overturned by the Supreme Court and every honest legal scholar knows this

@bigpacthatseazye3462 lol well considering the case should have never been brought in the first place as everything it’s originally based on is covered by the first amendment anything orders afterwards is irrelevant but either way he was not ordered to not make statements about his actions once he becomes president again which is the statement he was making so again it doesn’t matter if a protection order was given. I do know what a non disclosure agreement is and what exactly does that have to do with this? A threat by any definition of the law is a direct threat to a particular person. Saying in general that he will go after those who go after him is in no interpretation of the law a threat So again, explain how his statements both in the original indictment and his statements referenced in this video are not covered by the first amendment Please actually answer the question

This entire case is based on the prosecution claiming trump knew he lost the election and didn’t believe widespread fraud happened and tried to organize a coup Now let’s dissect that shall we lol to prove in court Trumps state of mind is literally impossible unless they have ESP. The FBI already investigated and concluded there was no conspiracy, trump said be peaceful. The Jan 6th committee was caught destroying evidence, the Capitol Police chief said on tucker he was prevented by pelosi from bringing in the national guard that Trump did authorize. He was already exonerated by the senate for this after the last impeachment. To say this isn’t tunnel vision political persecution from Bidens DOJ is just ridiculous
