@oriole8789 С чего вы решили что это проект не окупится опираясь исключительно на собственный внутренний российский рынок ? Российский рынок весьма емкий . Так же созданная промышленная база будет работать не только исключительно но авиастроение . И на другие отрасли . Например двигатели ПД-14 планируют использовать для насосных станций в нефтегазовой отрасли для перекачки нефти и газа по трубопроводам. То есть это дополнительные объёмы загрузки промышленности . А значит и увеличивается окупаемость проекта .

В той же авиационной отрасли России МС-21 это не единственный проект . Помимо МС-21 имеется Супер Джет 100 . В котором сегодня увеличивают долю российских комплектующих . Так же программа производства Ил-114 , Ил-112 , Бе-200 , Ил-76-90 , С929 . итд. Всё это так же будет загружать объёмами промышленную базу . Да США и ЕС вряд ли будут покупать российский МС-21 . Так как они лоббируют своих производителей . Но помимо США и ЕС есть ещё огромный азиатский рынок , рынок Ближнего Востока , Африки , рынок Латинской Америки. И почему вы считаете что только некоторые страны могут купить ? В мире уже имеется усталость от гегемонии Западного мира . Боинг и Эрбас это одна из составляющих частей монополий западной гегемонии . МС-21 это альтернатива западной монополии . Сегодня в мире стремительно растёт влияние Россия . А это на прямую влияет и на мировые рынки и на продвижение товара на мировых рынках. Извините . Нет иностранных контрактов потому как к МС-21 иностранные компании только присматриваются . МС-21 для мирового рынка как продукт ещё не известен . Да и на момент прохождения авиасалона в Дубае МС-21 ещё не прошёл сертификацию. Скоро потенциальные покупатели ознакомятся с МС-21 и появятся контракты .
